Writing for Well-Being correspondence courses
My therapeutic journal writing correspondence course is created for individuals. There are six assignments, each one is returned with supportive comments and suggestions within two weeks. We can communicate by e-mail or post.
The course will enable you to:
- explore feelings and thoughts in writing
- think through past ideas and plan for a positive future
- and will introduce you to several different ways of journal writing.
Therapeutic writing course for counsellors
This course will not only help with self-care and remind you of your creative side, but will
also offer ideas of how you can work with clients. The course is made up of four sessions, and can be completed at your own pace.
