Therapeutic life coaching combines personal therapy and life coaching. It is a sensitive and realistic way of helping you to work out what you want from life, and helps you to understand what is preventing you from getting what you want.
People have therapeutic life coaching for many reasons. These will include:
- Helping you to get out of a rut
- Improve self-esteem
- Career advancement or change
- Developing your creative talents
- Moving on following a life crisis or major setback
How I work
If you are interested in having therapeutic life coaching (TLC), contact me for a FREE e-mail consultation. Let me know briefly what you feel you would like to focus on and I will then make suggestions for how we can work together. If you feel that TLC could be useful to you, we then book a session together in my counselling room in Saltburn. Each session will focus on ways to strengthen your confidence and set tasks that will empower you to succeed; there is also time for reflection on what you have achieved. It’s perfectly fine to start coming for TLC for a specific reason and then change your focus after one or two sessions.
The cost is £45 for a one hour session (with assignments to carry out between sessions.) I recommend an average of three to five sessions, but the choice is yours.
